Our client is an international chemical manufacturing company. They currently seek for HSE Manager.

HSE Manager
(Jawa Barat - Purwakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Build, develop and coordinate the Company's HSE and Quality Management Systems
• Formalization of HSE and Quality Control Procedures
• Continue the introduction and development of processes and procedures
• Prepare routine HSE Quality control reports.
• Develop Company HSE Strategies and Standardization across all operations.
• Ensure that all appropriate HSE features are incorporated into the design to minimize the potential for hazardous events or environmental impacts
• Create and promote an HSE-aware culture in the company.
• Represent the company on HSE issues when needed.
• Timely reporting of activities and data to the authorities as required by relevant regulations.
• Provide support to Operations team to help them achieve HSE performance targets.

Requirements:

• Holds Bachelor Degree in Environmental or Engineering or any other relevant background
• At least 10 years of experience in HSE in manufacturing or chemical or oil and gas
• Fluent in English
• Strong Leadership and Communication Skill
• Undergone training in HS management or OSHAS 18001 or ISO 14001
• Possess a thorough understanding of safety and environmental management systems and processes, risk analysis techniques and local government regulations.
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
