Finance Staff
(Jakarta (Head Office))

Responsibilities: 

• Checking all document before payment process
• Checking All Fund Request (BBK) that was complete with superior sign and supporting document
• Prepare payment process by Movex system (APS 130) and print payment voucher
• Make payment through E-banking (GCMS) or BG/Cheque
• Key in all payment transaction in Bank Book and File
• Reconcile ending balance in Bank Statement and Movex
• Maintain mutation for bank in original currency in line with mutation in Movex (GL)
• File in order by number
• Make the daily Cashflow and forecast for 1 month and send to Fin.Spv
• Make Cashflow Analysis and forecast for 2 months and send to FAD-Mgr, NML, NIFS
• Collected all invoices for NML Group and send to NIFS with PD approval

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00 (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Preferably Male, single, 23 - 28 years old
• Have good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and logic of verbal
• Have good interpersonal relationship & able to work as team
• Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure, available work overtime
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).

Social Media Marketing Administration Staff

(Jakarta (Head Office))

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and daily monitoring of social media properties such FB Fans page, twitter, company website
• Moderate lifestyle forum, produce and post content
• Choosing and cropping appropriate images, packaging, editing, for the web
• In charge for "infiniti.co.id", development, updating, monitoring and maintaining website
• Coordinate with related infiniti counterparts, globally and locally

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Computer Science and related dicipline
• Age between 23-27 years old
• Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel, and other graphic software is a value added
• Has strong understanding of social networking and media marketing
• Creative and innovative
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Has good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and able to work in team
• Fast Learned, interest in automotive and can work under pressur

Finance Staff (Outsource)

Responsibilities: 

• Account payable process
• Input BBT (Bukti Bank Terima)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Single, max 25 years old
• Fluent in English is a must
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel)
• Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
• Hard and also smart worker
• Have interest in doing administrative routine and monotonous task
