Project Executive
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinating local project with project headquarter and principles during preparation, execution& post project monitoring
• Coordinating fit out schedules with land lord contractors and suppliers
• Supervising the project in accordance to the high standard required
• Preparing, executing and controlling budget in maintenance program of all stores / office managed by the company

Requirements:

• Male
• Bachelor degree preferable in architecture/ design
• Experience ± 2 years in retail shop development
• Proficiency in English to communicate with regional head office and principles
• Computer literate such as Mac, Auto Cad, Photo Shop, and Image Editing Software
• Able to work under pressure, long hours, and independently

Programmer

Requirements:

• Male
• Max 30 years old
• Must have bachelor degree majoring IT
• Experience to make application for back office and web base, have knowledge in PHP, My SQL, and dot.net.
