[HRD] HRD General Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• This hands on leadership position is responsible for the Human Resources function and General Services including workforce strategy and planning, recruiting, compensation planning, performance management, training, benefits, payroll, office administration, transportation support arrangements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Experience in HR management more than 4 years
• Preferably Senior Management/General Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Master Degree for HR
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and requirements governing a dynamic company such as Media and IT company
• Ability to effectively interact and interface across all functions and levels of the organization
• Updated knowledge in HR system and Labor / Manpower regulation and able to choose effective system that match the company
