PT Heritage International Project, an established international interior design and contracting firm is seeking candidates for its Indonesia subsidiary office. We are seeking energetic, innovative and result-driven candidates to fulfill the growing team in Jakarta. All positions require ability to communicate in English as well as computer literacy.
Drafter Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting to job sites to compile measurement as necessary
- Draw rough and detailed scale construction drawing for fundations, building and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specifications sheets and other data
- Analyze technical implications of architect's design concept, calculating weights, volumes, and stress factors
- Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans
Requirements:
- Proficient in Auto CAD and 3D Max
- Have educational background from Architecture or Interior Design
- Have a solid understanding of various building structural system, materials, interior fit and furniture
- Preferably a senior staff specializing as a drafter in Architecture and Interior Design
- Have experience on site and ability to speak English is a plus
- Possessed team spirit and able to communicate with others well, self motivated,creative, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, hardworking, detail oriented, and responsible person
